First Workshop · Live Cohorts
The Triad of Lenses.
Adversarial prompting in three directions — inward at your own thinking, outward at the systems you run, and against your own draft work. One workshop, built for all five archetypes. Pick yours to see your version of the ladder.
THE THREE LENSES
Every archetype walks the same ladder. Only the mental model and the content taught change. The model becomes a gym, not an oracle.
The Mentor Lens
Turn the prompt inward. Configure the model into a withholding mentor — it holds back the answer so you stay in the apprentice's seat and build the reasoning yourself, the deliberate-difficulty drill that keeps your own schema from atrophying.
The Defense Lens
Turn the prompt outward, at the AI systems you procure, deploy, and govern. Prompt injection, jailbreaking, indirect injection, system-prompt leakage, and the lethal trifecta — found before an attacker finds them.
The Offense Lens
Point the model at your own work as a helpful adversary. Structured self-critique, devil's advocate, pre-mortems, steel-manning and anti-steel-manning that break the plan in the room, not in production.
